White Brick Brewing is one of the newest breweries in the Moreton Bay Region and the first microbrewery right in the heart of North Lakes. With a dedication to high-quality, hand-crafted beer, White Brick Brewing was awarded 7 medals at international competitions in their first 6 months of operation. Due to their success, they have been able to quickly expand the business to include premium quality craft beer, food and will soon be introducing wines.
Plantation Pale Ale: 3.5% abv, 24 IBU - a full-bodied midstrength Pale Ale with a malt backbone.
Brickworks English Mild Bitter: 3.2% abv, 14 IBU - copper coloured English bitter with a creamy malt finish.
Petrie Pilsener: 4.8% abv, 30 IBU - traditional European Pilsener.
Rothwell Radler: 2% abv, 14 IBU - the White Brick Brewing interpretation of a traditional Germany style Pilsener.
Route 71 IPA: 5.8% abv, 55 IBU - full-bodied beer.
Coach Stop Cider: 4.2% abv - a dry cider made in-house
Griffin Golden Ale: 4.5% abv, 25 IBU - summer style Ale with Mandarina Bavaria hops and a hint of wheat.
White Brick Brewing is heavily involved in community activities and is available for functions and events. They have been a support and sponsor of local events such as the Moreton Bay Food and Wine Festival and even host their own events.
