As the Sunshine State prepares to welcome its second IKEA store before the end of the year, the 2017 IKEA Catalogue is making its way to the homes of more Queenslanders than ever before. This year's cataloque is full of new and well-designed home furnishing products to inspire and make your home life more beautiful, with a strong focus on products, tips and insights to help everyone celebrate life in and around the kitchen.
Whilst IKEA North Lakes waits for delivery trucks to arrive, Queenslanders can let their imagination run wild across 324 pages filled with simple ideas to make life seamless and special each and every day. In 2017, the continued focus on life in and around the kitchen celebrates every thing from growing and preparing to cooking, eating and drinking to food storage and entertaining.
The 2017 IKEA Catalogue is full of news. To coincide with the launch of Catalogue there will be 500 new products in IKEA Logan, which will also be available in IKEA North Lakes once the store is open, in addition to ideas and new ways to look at life at home, designed to inspire Queenslanders and celebrate the way we live.
For the first time, the IKEA Catalogue features 13 stories, taking the reader on a journey to show inspiring examples of how IKEA connects to different people in different cultures and how understanding their needs and dreams help us design and make better products and solutions.
As our everyday life becomes busier, there is a need for our life at home and the way we live to become more flexible. The kitchen is no longer just a place to prepare food, often the kitchen bench can act as a home office, a place where hobbies come to life and somewhere we can catch up with friends and family. This year’s Catalogue brings to life unexpected solutions that will maximise flexibility and creativity in your home and enhance those everyday special moments.
“This years IKEA Catalogue shows everyday Queenslanders just how spectacular life can be in and around the kitchen. We know that it is the hub of the home, where children do homework, where coffee breaks are taken and where friends catch up. This year’s Catalogue offers inspiring and fresh solutions that will help your spaces transition seamlessly from breakfast through to your last cup of tea before bedtime,” said Timothy Prevade, IKEA Range Manager.
