North Lakes Business Park is a 55 hectare new business park, located 25 kilometres north of the CBD. It is being built as part of Stockland’s $915 million North Lakes residential community, one of the largest masterplanned communities in Brisbane.

Comprising a diverse commercial offering including office, warehousing and logistics buildings, the business park will provide the Pine Rivers and greater northern Brisbane areas with an estimated 5,000 new jobs.
