Yup Lazygamer has it absolutely right. New Zealander's can come and live in Australia without a visa, and are automatically granted residence, regardless of qualifications, or lack of.

I get the gist of what you're saying though PyrotiX (and no insult taken, given I am a kiwi). At least the Australian govt stopped automatically giving kiwis the unemployment benefit on arrival. I do find even the low-skilled kiwis who do come, are willing to work and most work hard.

Yeah I'll agree with you there Looby, we've got three young blokes working for us down in the warehouse who are from NZ and they are some of the hardest workers I know.

But what you've said makes entire sense now, I had no idea. Kind of explains why there is so many kiwi's over here. Last one over, don't forget to turn the light off? lol
