Hi, those Christmas lights have been given a dust off and are appearing on many houses around NL...if we were to do a drive by, where would you suggest?

I took the kids for a drive the other night around Bridgehaven and Fairway Chase, and must say Bridgehavenites have done pretty well for themselves. There are a few notable houses worth checking out... Ningaui St, Dusky St, Planigale Cres, Wombat St, Possum Pde (by big park), Koala Cl.... as well as lots of little efforts.

I wouldn't waste petrol driving around Fairway Chase at all. There are only a few houses that have basic lights.

I might take the kids out again tonight to tackle another village

I loooooove Christmas in North Lakes

Grampion circuit has a fabulous display. You can see it from Discovery drive but is better if you take a wander down the street. Almost the whole street is decorated. And if you venture over to Mango hill and take the first street on the left after the lake you will find another fabulous display. There is a house there that goes all out. Must cost them a pretty packet in power. Always brings a tear to my eye seeing all the lights.

Silvester Street and Sandpiper Pde each have one house decked out really well, and in Woodside on Foambark Street there is a house with lights timed to music - well worth seeing!

I went out last night, and there are some fantastic displays within North Lakes! Here are the ones I found off the 4kq website, of course there many more...

WOW!! I took the kids for another drive tonight and checked out 21 Foambark, we even sat down on their lawn and watched the show! I'm speechless! And as for lots of other really good houses in Woodside, there is alot of time, effort and money put into these displays!! Well done Woodside!!

Back in NZ, I have never seen any houses go to the extent that these houses have!!!
Don't worry... BE HAPPY :)
