Hi,
Just wondering if anyone knows of a patient person who knows the guitar inside out to teach Mother and daughter how to play? Preferably in our house.

hey, i've been playing guitar intensly for over 4 years now, been in 5 different bands, have a GCSE and A level in music technology and writing music since i could play but most importantly am very patient when it comes to teaching as i used to teach some of my friends back in the UK = ).

Was there any particular type of guitar you wanted learn? or did you just want to get the basics and foundations down?

I was interested to read your post. An I am happy that someone has posted about learning guitar. I got an acoustic guitar for my birthday 3 yrs ago and have been putting off getting lessons because I am a mum and little embarrassed. But I have wanted to learn guitar since I was young. hi alex my name is Julie i am interested in guitar lessons, i am very new to the northlakes community i also see that the last post on this particular forum was in 2009 so im not sure if you will be able to view or even receive this.
