Hey, My name is Samantha.  I have just moved into north lakes & I love it.  I am interested in becoming a librarian, but don't know what I need to study in order to be qualified.  Is there any place in north lakes ( eg.. the tafe college or library) that can help me reach my dream?  Plz help,

Hi Samantha,

Welcome to North Lakes! I'm not aware of any courses offered here in North Lakes but you may be interested in the following:

This course is a Certificate III in Library & Information Services - it's offered via 'Flexible Delivery' which usually means it is self paced and doesn't require attending classes on a regular basic. Most of the course will probably be practical work and assignments / projects.

I would suggest contacting the Pathways Library and see if they can offer any further advice.
