It's certainly a bold idea, but just from what I've seen with prices for new commercial developments around this area the cost of leasing is insane.

But if you have the funds to back such a venture, let me know as I may have a proposition for you.

I would definitely be interested if something like this opened up, currently i'm having to pick up a running order from Brisbane CBD, I keep the order to a minimum as the US prices are doubled to give the AU price, any large ordes, back issues or hard covers I bundle up and order from the US.
I have thought of this idea before, just generally about the best formatt for opening a new place as lots of comic shops are typically in old developments and are dark and secluded places, It would be good to bring them up to date and make them a place to enjoy the reading of graphic novel and comics, maybe with a hint of a coffee shop attachment. it could be a place where you purchase a new graphic novel a coffee and a muffin and the wife would be none the wiser! no more "are you going to put that thing down and mow the grass"
