Every Monday after the weigh in episodes of 'The Biggest Loser', my clients often hit me with the question 'Why can't I lose 9kg in one one week?'
It's pretty simple really - you CAN! All you need to do is lock yourself away from the real world, hire yourself a trainer, a dietition and a psychologist, train 7 - 8 HOURS PER DAY, eat no more than 3,000 calories daily and you will get there in no time!

The reality is, 'The Biggest Loser' is a fast tracked weight loss program designed for great motivational tv viewing. It is a fantastic opportunity for those on the show to get their lives back on track by reaching healthy goal weights and achieving great eating habits.
It does not represent the everyday lifestyles that we all live however. How many people do you know that can spare 7 or 8 hours a day to spend on exercise?
What you can and should do is draw inspiration from the great attitudes, hard work and amazing results these people are getting, and use the inspiration to fuel your own weight loss journey.
By eating correctly and exercising regularly you WILL start losing weight immediately and at a healthy rate. You will be boosted with higher energy levels, a new found self confidence, and muscles and organs that will see you through many many more years to come.
