Hello!

Ok... I am motivated to lose this last 25kg... and would really like to find a buddy to help keep on track. I guess it's easy to "fall off the wagon" and stay off if you're not accountable to someone else

Soo.... is there anyone out there that would like to embark on this with me? I want to start with some walking... leading to jogging maybe using the couch to 5km program? As well as follow an eating plan to keep down around the 1200 cals per day.

Would love to hear from anyone interested!

Hey ladies, I am moving to Northlakes, Langham Cres, in a months time and need to lose a tonne of weight, lacking highly in motivation. Again if anyone is interested. let me know .

I KNOW I should exercise more than I do.... but I'll always find an excuse... shame, coz I am probably bang smack between where you will be living MrsB and where you are Lauren (in Bridgehaven).
