Having recently sold and bought again here at North Lakes we experienced the full gamut of service from a wide variety of local agents.

Experiences varied from the office we had to fight to get our deposit back from after a failed offer to great service, and that's what I wanted to talk about here. Two standouts.

Firstly, Darren Suhle from Harcourts who ultimately sold our house, and in the process overcame some challenges to do so. Best thing about Darren was he actually did everything he said he would.

Also, Bowmaker Realty, although we didn't sell through Bowmakers they were still extremely helpful when it came to finding a replacement home. Chris and his team went to a lot of effort to ensure we knew about everything on the market that was relevant to us and got us to see properties and make it happen when we needed it to. Can't recommend Wayne Moodie from Bowmakers highly enough!
