A big thumbs up for EB Games at Westfield North Lakes.  Just before Xmas we decided at the last minute to buy our daughter a Nintendo DS. Of course having left it so late finding one in the right colour with the right game was a bit of a gamble. But the great staff at EB Games, who were extremely busy, phoned me within 30 minutes of going there with a cancelled layby - so my daughter was delighted with her pink DS and nintendogs!

Thanks EB games for taking the time at the peak of your season to give outstanding customer service.
